What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the daily process of publishing new content, including formatting posts and creating visuals
- Update published content for accuracy, monetization, SEO, and reader experience
- Maintain data accuracy in internal tools and resources
- Ensure compliance requirements are applied to new and existing content
- Collaborate with the Editorial Team to enhance personal skills through feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with strong communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, and basic content formatting including light HTML
- Basic understanding of SEO practices and openness to implementing AI in workflows
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in digital media or performance marketing
- High level of comfort with learning and adapting to new systems, workflows, and tools
- Background in assisting editorial or digital content teams in an assistant or production role
