F45 is seeking a motivated sales and operations professional with Group Fitness Training experience to drive membership growth and overall studio revenue. This is a full-time management role with incentives tied to new memberships and studio revenue goals.

The Assistant Studio Manager will help lead activities such as lead generation and membership conversion, fostering a positive fitness community. You should be a team player who can also teach classes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of fitness sales experience
• 2+ years of Group Fitness Training
• Confident in generating personal sales
• Ability to work independently and with the studio owner
• Manage the studio team and drive membership revenue
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Recognize areas for improvement and make good judgments
• Passion for fitness
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional, punctual, reliable, neat
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Trustworthy with confidential information
• Work harmoniously with colleagues, clients, and the public
• Proficiency with computers and studio software

DUTIES:

• Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development
• Make high-level customer service decisions independently
• Run Group Fitness classes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Enforce studio policies
• Participate in networking/community events and promotions
• Perform other duties as assigned
