Job Summary:

The Assistant Studio Manager works closely with the Studio Manager to embody Perspire’s mission, vision, and values. As part of the leadership team, this role is vital in motivating and supporting team members to achieve studio goals while ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing team, member, inventory, and facility operations
• Supporting sales growth through membership sales and guest service
• Training, coaching, and developing team members
• Maintaining high visibility and positive interactions with guests
• Resolving guest issues with high customer service standards
• Promoting the benefits of IR saunas and memberships
• Ensuring compliance with operational procedures
• Performing inventory and facility inspections
