$30.00/hr - $36.00/hr

*3-Month Temp Assignment (strong potential to become permanent)

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday

Pay: $30–36/hr DOE

Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to design and implement engaging product displays that drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. This role requires strong design skills, an understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling in-store visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
• Create eye-catching window displays, product presentations, and in-store signage
• Work cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, and Retail Leadership to maximize sales opportunities
• Monitor and maintain store presentation standards, ensuring consistency across all locations (if applicable)
• Collaborate with marketing and store teams to align displays with promotions and product launches
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to adapt merchandising strategies as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new merchandising techniques
• Train and support store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices
• Ensure compliance with safety, space planning, and operational guidelines

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in visual merchandising, preferably within wholesale, retail, and outlet luxury environments
• Strong visuals experience at a luxury flagship preferred
• Previous experience in fashion, luxury retail, or consumer goods visual merchandising
• Strong sense of style, creativity, and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular and repeated basis without assistance
