MAX Ultimate Food is hiring: Event Producer in Boston

Max Ultimate Food is a full-service catering company serving Boston and the Greater New England area. We offer innovative new foods and modern takes on classic dishes, tailoring each event to match our clients' vision and expectations. From intimate dinners of eight to elaborate events for thousands, we are prepared to meet any challenge and create something uniquely yours.

Role Description

• Obtain inquiry information from Sales Manager on each event

• Develop initial proposal, estimate and staff request; Present to Sales Manager for approval before

sending off for management approval

• Submit initial staff request into Staffing Platform

• Develop Contract, BEO, and any other necessary documents

• Order, edit, finalize rental orders

• Submit staffing updates as needed

• Assist with Event Tastings as needed

• Distribute BEO and BEO updates to the team via email

• Create Yellow Folders, including creating packing packets and action plans

• Support on-site activities such as meeting outside vendors to accept deliveries when MAX is

responsible for the vendor order

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
• Expertise in Budgeting and financial oversight
• Experience in Project Management
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Boston, MA and have a car
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the catering industry is a plus
