What to Expect
The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing & Analytics is responsible for leading digital marketing and analytics initiatives that enhance both dealer and customer experiences. This role leads the strategy, execution and optimization of our digital platforms including Salesforce Dealer portal, Salesforce Marketing cloud to enhance dealer engagement, customer experience and brand presence. In addition, this role oversees marketing analytics to measure performance, extract insights and drive initiatives that strengthen brand loyalty and customer retention
What You Will Do
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness, dealer engagement and customer loyalty
• Drive email campaign strategies, including segmentation, automation and personalization, to maximize engagement and conversions
• Stay ahead of digital trends, platforms and tools to continuously enhance marketing performance
2. Digital Platform Management
• Lead the strategic direction, development, and optimization of the Salesforce dealer portal to enhance dealer experience and adoption
• Play a key role in the future launch and integration of Salesforce marketing cloud, including strategy, configuration, execution and adoption planning
• Integrate digital planforms to streamline data flow, improve personalization, and enhance marketing performance measurement
• Oversee and guide UI/UX design direction to ensue all digital platforms have intuitive navigation, consistent visual identity and a seamless user journey that aligns with brand standards.
3. Marketing Analytics & Insights
• Develop and manage marketing analytics frameworks to track campaign performance, customer behavior and engagement metrics
• Translate data into actionable insights to guide digital marketing strategy, optimize spending and improve ROI
4. Leadership and Collaboration
• Lead and mentor a team (direct and/or cross-functional), fostering innovation and accountability
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines for digital marketing projects
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Digital marketing in Consumer Financial Services or Automotive industry
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce and leading major platform launches.
• Salesforce marketing cloud experience a strong plus.
• Prior experience working within Automotive Finance as well as consulting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Media or related field.
• Project management certification a plus.
• Salesforce certification a plus
• AI certification a plus
• Strong experience with Salesforce and sales tech stacks.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Adobe analytics, Google analytics, Tableau, Power BI)
• Proven ability to lead, manage, develop and mentor direct reports.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and field sales.
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Environment
