For our North American headquarters, located in La Mirada, California, we have an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Specialist II - Hybrid.
Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist II role is to maximize website performance and conversion rates for IQAir's website. This position is focused on improving the customer journey, enhancing product merchandising, and implementing ongoing A/B and multivariate testing to drive higher engagement, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
This role will further provide customer-focused experiences, funnel optimizations, and merchandising solutions in IQAir's direct-to-consumer and B2B digital channels. Accountabilities include identifying and resolving conversion barriers, evaluating site and funnel performance, and collaborating with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure a visually appealing, accurate, and conversion-optimized website.

Responsibilities
  • Own the conversion rate optimization roadmap for IQAir.com, including testing plans, hypotheses, and KPIs
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on product pages, landing pages, checkout flow, and forms to improve site usability and conversion performance
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create and launch test variants for pages, merchandising, and calls-to-action
  • Analyze funnel performance using GA4, Tableau, Shopify, Hubspot, and behavioral analytics tools (VWO) to identify drop-off points and customer friction
  • Partner with the Strategy team to align traffic acquisition and site conversion goals for maximum ROAS
  • Implement Shopify optimizations, apps, and plugins to improve personalization, UX, and functionality
  • Support B2B landing page optimization, ensuring forms and gated content are designed for maximum conversion
  • Track and report on KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, cart abandonment, and revenue per visitor
  • Collaborate with retention marketing on loyalty and subscription flows to improve filter replenishment and repeat purchase rates
  • Benchmark competitors and industry leaders to inform site improvements and CRO best practices
  • Maintain brand consistency across all site experiences while testing UX and UI enhancements
  • Create and maintain relevant reports and documentation of tests, results, and learnings to drive continuous improvement
  • Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRO, UX optimization, or ecommerce marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify (or similar ecommerce platforms)
  • Proficiency with GA4, HubSpot, digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and testing frameworks
  • Understanding of A/B testing methodology, statistical significance, and experimental design
  • Familiarity with ecommerce merchandising and UX best practices
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or ability to collaborate effectively with developers (preferred)
  • Superior ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English
  • Ability and willingness to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and background screen

May be required to attend and participate in professional development activities both in and outside the company to stay abreast of new developments and best practices.
What IQAir offers
At IQAir, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The pay range for this position is between $80,000 - $85,000 and most new hires start at $80,000. Your salary will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.
