About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid with locations in Charlotte, Dallas, Richmond, Raleigh
- Shift: Standard business hours
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Hours: Flexible
- Setting: Hybrid with flexibility and travel requirements
The Head of Data Visualization will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the organization's data visualization strategy
- Designing and maintaining robust Power BI dashboards and reports
- Integrating Power BI with Databricks for scalable analytics solutions
- Overseeing data architecture management and governance
- Leading a team of BI developers and analysts
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in BI and analytics roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven expertise in Power BI and Databricks
- Expert-level skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Experience with Azure data platforms and governance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Desired Skills:
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Master's degree preferred
- Certifications in Power BI or Databricks beneficial
- Azure data lake experience
- Proven business acumen and ability to derive insights
