About the role Chief Marketing Officer, reporting to the CEO. $180k - $220k base salary commensurate with experience, 10-20% performance bonus. Equity, full benefits and 401k round out the comp plan. 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in healthcare technology or B2B SaaS. Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results. Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, buyer personas (payers, providers, etc.), and regulatory environment. Experience building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, growth-stage company. Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Analytics. Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques. Your Role: We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and expand our marketing function, build our brand, and fuel sustainable growth in a highly regulated, competitive industry. As the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness, demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple channels. You will play a critical role on the senior leadership team, shaping the brand narrative, positioning our products for growth, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:

Define and implement the company’s marketing vision and strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Brand Management:

Build and maintain a consistent, trusted brand presence in the health tech space, leading rebranding initiatives as necessary. Go-to-Market Strategy:

Partner with product and sales teams to launch new products and features, including competitive analysis, positioning, pricing strategy, and messaging. Demand Generation:

Drive multi-channel demand generation strategies and campaigns including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships. Customer Engagement:

Develop customer marketing programs, including testimonials, case studies, webinars, and user conferences. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive successful demand-generation outcomes. Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team; manage external agencies and vendors. Lead cross-functional teams to optimize inbound and outbound marketing channels for maximum impact on the sales pipeline. Data & Analytics:

Establish clear KPIs and build dashboards to track the performance and ROI of marketing initiatives. Analyze key metrics to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, optimize campaign effectiveness, and continuously improve demand generation efforts. Compliance & Industry Knowledge:

Ensure marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA if applicable) and reflect deep understanding of the healthcare target audience. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Qualifications 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in healthcare technology or B2B SaaS. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field required, Master’s degree preferred. Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results. Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, buyer personas (payers, providers, etc.), and regulatory environment.
