About the Role TheB2B InteriorDesigner will support the Business to BusinessInteriorsteam and work with the rest of thedesign, sales and operations teams to pull together projects and presentations for clients. You will also help create a portfolio of projects that can be used as sales tools and marketing collateral to attract new clientele. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross functional partners including our sales team to support our customers with the best solutions possible Manage high volume of complex projects at a time Space plan furniture layouts and create test fits Create furniture and room matrixes for multi-unit projects Specify the best furniture solutions for our clients using our wide assortment across our 9 brands Create compelling design presentations to help sell our product Must be able to work with aesthetics of the various Williams-Sonoma brands including West Elm, Pottery Barn, Rejuvenation and Williams Sonoma Home as well as able to cater to individual clients’ tastes and requirements Stay on top of current and past industry trends Transport materials and equipment and lift, move and carry objects up to 50 pounds on a limited basis Criteria Bachelors or master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design 5-10 years ofCommercial InteriorDesignexperience *Hospitality design background preferred Proficient in AutoCAD Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Proficient in Microsoft suites (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Knowledge of contract furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicatedesignideas Highly organized with excellent time management skills Have excellent communication and presentation skills Highly motivated and can easily pivot as needed Remote position
