Marketing Director

First Bank is currently seeking a Marketing Director to join the team! As a Marketing Director you willdevelop and execute marketing initiatives that will support the bank's growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility. This role plays a key part in driving integrated campaigns, managing digital and traditional channels, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives. Duties include: Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the bank's goals and values Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all platforms Manage digital channels including website, social media, and email Coordinate traditional media efforts including print, radio, and community outreach Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and media partners Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns Collaborate with product, retail, and digital banking teams to promote services and drive adoption Community Engagement & Events: Support sponsorships, local events, and outreach initiatives Build relationships with community partners to enhance brand presence Market Research & Analytics: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and growth opportunities Analyze campaign performance and customer data to optimize marketing efforts Compliance & Brand Integrity: Ensure all marketing materials comply with banking regulations and brand standards Serve as a steward of the bank's reputation and public image Other: Other duties as assigned Qualified candidates would have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent experience and5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in banking or financial services.Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition, exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skill, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment are all important to the role. In addition, proficiency with Microsoft Suite is essential and familiarity with banking regulations is preferred. First Bank is committed to our employees and customers.
