The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for its in-house creative and media agency. The SVP will be responsible for leading the sales process, fostering client relationships, and working closely with the creative and media teams to deliver impactful presentations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, be adept at negotiation, and have a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation.

Applicants for the Senior Vice President position should have at least 12 years of experience, with a minimum of 7 years in sales, business development, or a related role. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. The role demands an individual with outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in an agency environment is highly preferred, and familiarity with production and the creative development process is a plus. The SVP will also be expected to have an in-depth understanding of and experience in selling creative, content strategy, and advertising across various channels, including digital, social media, television, out-of-home, and print.
