Were seeking a highly qualified, collaborative, professional, knowledgeable, and results-driven Graphic Designer to support our Marketing Department.

Summary:

As a member of the marketing team, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives in order to deliver the yearly marketing plan and maximize company profits.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and develop the visual brand identity of all 3 brands across all touchpoints.
• Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for marketing materials (print & digital advertising, promotional tools, product leaflets/brochures, training tools, trade show materials, business cards, etc.)
• Execute print advertising campaigns (preparation artwork/final files, distribution to printer/editors meeting all deadlines)
• Keep company assets up to date including brand books, brand guidelines, etc.
• Assist in the preparation, development and monitoring of the digital activities (social media, digital campaigns, tracking performance metrics, etc.)
• Work closely with visual vendors to support the development of imagery both studio and render formats.
• Assist in the development and launch of new products (naming, photo editing/retouching, etc.)
• Support in preparing for and executing photoshoots, including the logistics, prop procurement, and photo editing after the shoot
• Complete Marketing Requests and other marketing inquiries from sales team and customers in a professional and timely manner
• Ship items to vendors, customers, sales team when needed
• Keep files organized and up to date on internal storage platform including but not limited to sales team, vendor, customer and employee links.
• Support social media content materials such as images, graphics, animations, info graphics etc.
• Support in tracking and staying updated on competition

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design (preferred), Marketing or Communications
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, photo editing, photo manipulation.
• Strong Graphic Design knowledge and experience
• Expert in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with Figma and Canva a plus
• Expert in Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to use MAC OS
• Excellent creative and communications skills and expert in the English language
• Excellent organizational skills: ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Outstanding accuracy and extreme attention to detail
• Ability to work in a small and lean organization, hands-on, result oriented, proactive, collaborative team player and with desire to expand skills
• Ability to collaborate and take direction effectively with internal team
• Knowledge of WordPress and digital community management a plus
• Video-editing ability is a plus
