Intiva Health is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Austin. The role involves applying art and design skills to create visually appealing products for clients, including logos, promotional ads, brand materials, and digital and print marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, keen attention to detail, and an artistic background capable of coordinating color, imagination, and electronic messaging across various environments.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on best practices and optimize design projects
  • Identify design needs and develop requirements
  • Manage multiple projects within budget and deadlines
  • Create visual concepts based on project requirements (physical or digital)
  • Utilize various media and design software (Adobe CC, Figma, Wix, WordPress, ActiveCampaign)
  • Prepare drafts and present ideas
  • Update brand visuals and incorporate current design trends
  • Select appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Collaborate with leadership to finalize designs
  • Test graphics across media platforms
  • Revise designs based on feedback
  • Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

  • Proven graphic design experience with a diverse portfolio
  • Proficiency with design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, XD)
  • Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Self-motivated with excellent organization skills
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS (preferred)
  • Photography and videography skills (preferred)
  • Minimum of three years of graphic design experience
  • Experience managing client and stakeholder expectations and translating them into visual designs
