We are seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our growing dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working on a variety of projects, and is passionate about using both traditional and cutting-edge marketing tools to drive measurable results. This position requires reporting to work in person at our Norton, Ohio facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.), including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
Utilize AI-powered tools to create, edit, and repurpose content efficiently while maintaining brand voice and quality.
Continuously seek out new ideas and methods to enhance and grow the marketing of our equipment.
Shoot and edit video content both in-house and on customer sites.
Capture high-quality photography for marketing materials, social media, and events.
Edit videos for webinars, promotional pieces, and product highlights.
Create short- and long-form videos that tell our story of quality, unsurpassed engineering, and passion.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to develop and distribute marketing materials.
Track campaign performance, compile reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Support event planning and execution, including webinars, trade shows, and special campaigns.
Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and content pipelines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
13 years of experience in marketing or social media management, preferably in a B2B or equipment/manufacturing setting.
Proven track record of growing social media audiences and improving engagement metrics.
Proficiency in video shooting and editing.
Experience with photography, including basic lighting and composition, for both in-house and on-site shoots.
comfortableanswering the sales line(on average 12 times per day as a backup), engaging with the customer/distributor, and logging the call information into the CRM
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Proficiency with design and content tools.
Experience using AI tools to assist with content creation, campaign optimization, and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Highly organized, proactive, self?motivated, and task?driven, able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline?driven environment.
Must be able to report to work in person at our Norton, Ohio location.
