Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have at least 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior multi-property or corporate roles. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. The role demands a candidate with deep expertise in hospitality marketing, brand strategy, and digital marketing, as well as exceptional creative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
