About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead the growth and brand strategy for its specialty retail brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts across three distinct lifestyle brands, each with its own unique customer segments and positioning. This role demands a strategic and hands-on leader with a proven track record in both brand building and performance marketing, particularly within the consumer goods and retail sectors. The CMO will oversee a significant advertising budget, develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, and be the steward of each brand, ensuring consistent and elevated brand presentation. A key focus will be on expanding brand awareness, growing the customer base, and scaling into physical retail.

Applicants for the Chief Marketing Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' marketing experience, with a strong background in brand and performance marketing, including physical retail experience. The role requires a leader with exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies. The CMO will be expected to build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, and to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive the marketing agenda.
