About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a focus on strategic growth. The successful candidate will be a key player in unlocking value through deep customer and business insights, C-level strategy, and digital growth execution. This role is pivotal in helping dynamic consumer brands, particularly in the wellness, beauty, and lifestyle sectors, to break through growth plateaus and scale profitably across digital channels. The CMO will be responsible for refining and aligning DTC growth strategies with commercial goals, collaborating with founders and internal teams to prioritize growth levers, and providing thought leadership on strategic shifts and marketing organization improvements.

The ideal CMO will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in consumer marketing, with a proven track record of leading growth at the VP or CMO level, and a strong background in DTC, particularly within the U.S. market. Key responsibilities include guiding the prioritization of growth activities, offering strategic input into media and creative strategies, and ensuring that decisions are based on customer insight and business impact. The role also involves team enablement, acting as a senior advisor, and helping to establish a culture of accountability and clear ownership across initiatives. The candidate should be highly strategic, commercially minded, and a sharp communicator, with a collaborative and humble approach to leadership. Experience in retail GTM or U.S. omni-channel brand development, as well as exposure to working with or advising agencies or external growth partners, is a plus.
