The ideal CMO for the company will have a proven track record in growth marketing, with deep expertise in performance marketing, particularly in paid search, social, and affiliate channels. Experience in lead generation and a background in selling leads for profit or driving policy sales are essential. The role demands a leader who is both a strategist and an operator, capable of translating company goals into a scalable marketing strategy and managing marketing spend with a focus on profitability. A clear communicator with the ability to mentor and build a high-performing marketing team, the CMO will be expected to bring clarity and confidence to the role, especially in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
