About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing for its new Neuromodulation division. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong background in neuromodulation, capable of developing and executing effective marketing strategies to meet revenue objectives. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, product launches, market segmentation, brand management, and digital marketing initiatives. The VP Marketing will also be responsible for team leadership, budget management, and ensuring that all marketing activities align with company guidelines and local laws. The position requires a strategic thinker with a results-driven approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10-12 years' of marketing experience, particularly in a startup environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the neurology or neurostimulation field, strong analytical skills, and experience with digital marketing tools.
