About the Role

The Company is seeking a strategic SVP of Marketing to lead the brand's growth and evolution. This pivotal role involves defining and driving the brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints, from DTC to retail, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic roadmap for brand marketing, developing and managing marketing plans, and guiding a team that includes social, PR, product, retail, influencer, and partnerships. A key aspect of the role is the orchestration of go-to-market planning, ensuring that strategies are integrated and aligned across various channels. The SVP will also be a creative leader, partnering with the Creative Director to develop breakthrough creative that resonates with the brand's vision.

Applicants for the SVP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in brand and marketing leadership, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or CPG. The role requires a proven ability to set and execute multi-channel strategies, with a strong background in GTM planning and campaign orchestration. The ideal candidate will be a data-informed, consumer-obsessed leader with a deep passion for clean beauty, sustainability, and holistic wellness. They should be an excellent communicator, capable of fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and accountability, and experienced in building and scaling diverse, cross-functional teams. Familiarity with retail marketing, merchandising, and DTC best practices is essential, with Ulta experience being a plus. The role demands a leader who can balance big-picture thinking with operational precision and is excited to see strategy come to life across all brand touchpoints.
