The Company is seeking a Vice President of Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for its promoted shows. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving ticket sales, enhancing brand awareness, and growing revenue through innovative, data-driven marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing marketing team, ensuring creative excellence, and alignment with business goals. Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, leading cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership on budgets and KPIs, and championing artist-first and fan-first experiences. The role also involves designing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing relationships with industry stakeholders, and overseeing digital marketing efforts.
Candidates for the Vice President of Integrated Marketing position at the company should have a BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 12 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 8 years in senior roles within the live events or music industry, is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the concert promotion and live entertainment ecosystem, a proven track record in integrated marketing campaign execution, and experience in managing large-scale marketing budgets. Established relationships within the music industry and expertise in digital marketing and emerging technologies are essential. The role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence at all levels, as well as proficiency in project management, CRM systems, and ticketing technology.
