What Sets This Role Apart:

We are looking for a Creative Director who can blend creative vision with data-driven execution. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to build a brand through storytelling, visual design, and platform-native content while also being focused on performance metrics like retention, engagement, and conversions.

Our ideal candidate lives and breathes digital media, especially YouTube and social platforms, and knows how to make content go viral without sacrificing brand voice or mission. You will need to be both strategic and hands-on, leading a creative team while staying close to the craft that drives audience growth and student engagement.

In this role, you will own the creative direction across Stock Navigators brand ecosystem. From YouTube strategy and social campaigns to livestream production and conference creative, you will ensure everything we produce is compelling, consistent, and world-class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Creative Strategy: Define and execute the creative vision for Stock Navigators across YouTube, social media, livestreams, and events.
  • Lead Content Direction: Oversee ideation, scripting, packaging, titles, thumbnails, editing reviews, and final approvals for long-form and short-form content.
  • Optimize for Growth: Use analytics and testing (titles, thumbnails, hooks) to increase views, retention, and conversions.
  • Oversee Livestream and Event Creative: Build creative assets and direction for weekly livestreams, major launches, and annual conferences.
  • Mentor and Manage the Team: Lead a team of editors, designers, and contractors, ensuring high-quality creative output and professional growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Product to align creative execution with business goals.
  • Raise the Bar: Serve as the final authority on creative standards, ensuring everything we release strengthens the brand and student experience.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Creative Director, Brand Director, YouTube Strategist, or similar role with proven results.
  • Deep expertise in YouTube and social content, from retention-optimized storytelling to viral packaging and trend analysis.
  • Strong background in video production, editing, and design principles.
  • Experience leading and mentoring creative teams, freelancers, and cross-functional projects.
  • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to translate analytics into actionable creative improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, comfortable guiding vision and giving direct feedback while working directly with CEO and executive leadership team.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in education, personal development, or trading and finance content.
