Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

LHH is working with their client looking to add a talented Graphic Designer to their team. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling digital and print assets. Looking for a candidate with 2+ years of relevant experience ideally from the home furnishing/furniture industry. This is an on site position in the High Point area offering a competitive base compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce visual assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Manage all product samples and support in house photography projects such as lighting, set up and styling.
• Lead the 3D imagery process including batch processing, finish approvals, scene builds and uploads.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creative alignment across all channels.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts that support campaign goals and business objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Prepare final artwork for production and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• A Portfolio must be provided with application showcasing a variety of graphic design samples for consideration.
• Experience with 3D visual content and product photography
• Proficient in working with content management/DAM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong time management skills-ability to work in a fast paced environment and turn projects around quickly and accurately.
