Denham Property & Injury Law Firm seeks a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our B2B and B2C marketing initiatives. As our marketing leader, you will develop and execute strategies to strengthen our brand, attract clients, and support our attorneys. This is a full-time, on-site role in Lexington, KY.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to raise awareness of the firm’s property-damage and personal-injury practice.

- Oversee the marketing department, providing guidance and feedback to staff and external vendors.

- Manage social media channels and the firm’s website, ensuring content is current and aligns with ethical standards.

- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns and promotional activities, including digital, print, and events.

- Lead content marketing initiatives such as press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and whitepapers.

- Organize and manage firm events and sponsorships, from concept through post-event follow-up.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor marketing efforts, providing analysis and recommendations.

- Develop and nurture referral attorney relationships and external partnerships.

- Act as the firm’s liaison with media and other external stakeholders; handle press inquiries and build strategic partnerships.

- Track marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and manage marketing budgets and resources.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field; advanced degree or CIM certification is a plus.

- At least 5 years of marketing experience, with 2–3 years in a law firm or professional services environment.

- Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Strong leadership, organizational and team‑management skills.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into compelling narratives.

- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content creation, SEO, analytics, and CRM software.

- Analytical and creative thinker with data‑driven decision‑making skills.

- Up‑to‑date knowledge of current marketing trends and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords).

- High integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
