Overview

The Marketing Director plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing PursueCare's overall marketing strategy. Working closely with the partnership development team, you'll be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns targeting healthcare systems, hospitals, health plans, and community health organizations. Your expertise in digital marketing, social media, and consumer research will be instrumental in expanding our reach and strengthening our brand presence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting addiction treatment services, focusing on patients and health partners.
  • Lead in-app and digital marketing campaigns to inform current patients about available services and resources, while managing remarketing campaigns targeting prospective and lapsed patients.
  • Create physical and digital marketing collateral to support partnership development, sales presentations, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Develop marketing messages tailored to resonate with Medicaid populations and individuals impacted by social determinants of health.
  • Write, edit, and proof web content, social media posts, blogs, advertising materials, and press releases.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital health and addiction treatment sectors.
  • Maintain consistent messaging and reputation across multiple channels.
  • Oversee organization-wide online marketing initiatives, including cross-promotion and alignment with special interest causes.
  • Assess performance metrics to measure reputation and return on investment.
  • Manage a marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and accountability.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing within the healthcare, digital health, telemedicine, or addiction treatment sectors.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
  • History of collaboration with sales and partnership development teams to drive growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Medicaid market and understanding of challenges and opportunities in addiction treatment.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that engage target populations facing access to care barriers.
  • Hands-on leadership approach suitable for a startup environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong design sense and experience designing advertising campaigns.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Drive to take ownership and meet professional obligations.
  • Ability to prioritize projects without compromising quality.
  • Belief in healthcare reform through innovative solutions.
