Instructional Designer
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning materials and e-learning content. This role will translate complex topics into accessible, interactive training. Design and develop instructional materials, e-learning courses, and facilitator guides. Partner with subject matter experts to gather content and define learning objectives. Use tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar to build content. Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in instructional design. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional strategies. Proficiency with e-learning development software and LMS platforms. Excellent communication and project management skills. Innovation starts with people.
