Responsibilities Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal memos, press materials, and corporate documents. Coordinate logistics for meetings, presentations, and communication briefings. Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely updates. Support cross-functional teams with consistent messaging and accurate information flow. Organize and track correspondence and records of communication initiatives. Prepare reports and summaries for leadership and departmental reviews. Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, English, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in administrative or communications-related roles preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
