Your Missions
Business Analyst
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Ceva Animal Health is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated data analyst to support our North American Pet Retail team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and learning in a collaborative environment. Youll play a key role in helping organize, clean, and report on data that informs decisions in marketing, finance, and sales.
Responsibilities And Key Duties
Assist in analyzing data related to marketing performance and sales trends Help prepare regular reports and dashboards for use by brand managers, sales teams, and finance Work closely with the Pet Retail Controller to gather data used in financial forecasting Compile and organize sales data from internal systems and retail partners Check and validate reports for accuracy and consistency Help document and maintain standard processes for reporting and data handling Support ad hoc projects and requests from the broader data & analytics team Core Competencies Shape solutions out of complexity Client focus Collaborate with empathy Engage and develop Drive ambition and accountability Influence others Technical / Functional Competencies Vision & Approach Development Leadership & Ability to Convince Customer Knowledge Communication & Presentation Skills Data & Performance Analysis Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in a data, reporting, or business support role (internships or co-ops also count) Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis) Comfortable working with large data sets and learning new tools Good organization and attention to detail Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities Positive, collaborative attitude and interest in supporting teams across marketing and sales Experience with tools like SQL, Python, R, or Power BI is a plus, but not required Travel Required May travel once or twice a year for business meetings.
