Marketing Operations Coordinator
to join our Marketing and Business Development team. This position supports day-to-day marketing operations, including content creation, event coordination, CRM maintenance, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and excited to contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team in a fast-paced law firm environment. Marketing and Communications Maintain and update the Firms social media platforms, website, and intranet. Track media mentions and manage press lists. Monitor and report on media coverage related to the Firm, its attorneys, and key clients. Use design software (e.g., Canva) to create or update branded materials such as event flyers, banners, and social media graphics. Events and Sponsorships Assist in planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and client-facing events. Coordinate event logistics, including RSVPs, promotional materials, and post-event reporting. Manage distribution and tracking of firm tickets for sports, charitable, and sponsored events. CRM and Database Management Help maintain the firms CRM system (e.g., InterAction), including data entry, cleanup, and list management. Support email marketing campaigns and track engagement metrics. Assist with coordination of the firms holiday gift program. Administrative Support Process expense reimbursements and check requests related to client events. Provide general administrative support to the Marketing and Business Development team as needed.
