Summit Design and Engineering Services is seeking a
Senior Transportation Design Project Manager
to lead and assist in the development of transportation design projects and plans in the Raleigh, NC area. Skills and Qualifications: BSCE or BSCET degree with a minimum of 10 years of progressive design experience in all aspects of transportation design; or equivalent level of experience. PE license is required. Knowledge of and experience with Microstation, Geopack, Corridor Modeling, and Open Roads is beneficial. Experience with NCDOT IPD/PDN and other project delivery methods. NCDOT/DOT design experience is required. Survey experience and data management are beneficial. Strong engineering analysis and judgment. Experience in managing and organizing multiple tasks and related disciplines. Proactive and self-motivated attitude. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.
