Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital, print, web, and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to align visuals with business goals.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent design across all channels.
• Create layouts, illustrations, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Edit and optimize images, graphics, and artwork for various platforms and formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience creating assets for both print and digital channels.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design work (required).
