This position has the responsibility of working in the Business Group Marketing and with the Product Marketing teams to build brand awareness and drive revenue growth across target audiences. The individual in this role is an exceptional copywriter, expert communicator, and talented project manager.WHAT YOU GET TO DOThe Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the creation of digital inbound marketing and demand generation programs to drive traffic, engagement and qualified leads that deliver revenue growth and support customer retention.Digital MarketingIncluding, but not limited to: Promotional/Educational Content, Website, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Analytics/Reporting, SalesforceDevelopment of on-brand digital content for use in external campaigns and sales enablement, with an understanding of the customer, their challenges, Amcor solutions and best practicesContent deployment, including website, email, social media, SEM, display advertising and content syndicationCreation of brand awareness and demand generation campaigns to targeted prospect and customer groups, with an understanding of the customer, their challenges, Amcor solutions and best practicesWebsite copy, page layouts, SEO, user experience and Google AnalyticsAssist with management of leads, databases and data cleansingLead and database nurturingTraditional Marketing CommunicationsIncluding but not limited to: Brand, Advertising and Event PromotionElevate corporate image and ensure that Amcor logos, brand guidelines and trademarks are used correctly in all promotional materialsBuild and support overall company vision as it relates to communication activitiesChampion the management of Amcor's brand internallyDevelop and support media and trade show promotionsIndependently lead Marketing Communications initiatives with appropriate Marketing managementLead Team and SelfActs as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilitiesDemonstrates and fosters the Amcor Core Values of ethics, innovation, accountability and respectUphold the organization's brand and valuesWHAT WE VALUEAttention to communication - ensuring that information is passed onto others who should be kept informed; both written and oral communication is clear and conciseAttention to detail, integrity and accuracyInitiative - identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked to or required by the situation; self-motivatedIdentifies and measure key performance indicators, tracking them to build improved programs and optimized return on investmentBuilding collaborative relationships - ability to develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with others inside the organizationHas a positive, flexible attitude and responds well to changeAbility to prioritize work accordinglyCustomer orientation, external mindsetResults orientatedWHAT WE WANT FROM YOUBachelor's degree is required - an emphasis in communications or marketing preferred5+ years of digital marketing, agency or marketing communications experienceDemonstrated exceptional AP copywriting, value proposition development, proofreading and editing experience, with comfort in a technical environmentPackaging industry experience a plusStrong computer skills, including HubSpot or other marketing automation software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, Google AdsExhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically soundAbility to travel up to 10% of time.Our ExpectationsWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
