This role owns the day-to-day management of campaigns and projects, ensuring every initiative launches on time, within budget, and with measurable impact. If you love leading people, managing details, and driving results, this is the role where youll thrive. Key Responsibilities Manage marketing campaigns across digital, affiliate, and brand channels ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Build and oversee campaign calendars and project workflows, keeping all stakeholders accountable. Partner with senior marketing leaders to translate strategy into execution. Lead weekly standups and project check-ins, proactively addressing bottlenecks. Track and report KPIs (CPA, lead volume, ROI, COGS) with actionable insights. Ensure creative assets and campaigns align with Quintessas brand and values. What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) A fully operational marketing calendar with seamless launches. Standardized and adopted project workflows across the team. Weekly reports providing leadership with clarity and actionable insights. Flawless execution: no missed deadlines or dropped projects. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of marketing project management or campaign execution experience. Strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, or agency environments. Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar). Data-driven mindset with equal appreciation for numbers and creativity. Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable holding people accountable. Thrives in high-growth, high-accountability environments.
