Job Description

The Customer Marketing team develops and executes go-to-market strategies for retail customers by leveraging headquarter and field resources. We collaborate with Sales, Brand, Strategic Planning, Finance, Creative, and Operations teams to package strategies into effective selling stories, ensuring consistent communication of promotions and titles, and facilitating easy execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, coordinate, execute, and analyze customer-specific marketing activities to meet volume and profit goals for retail accounts.
  • Collaborate with field-based Customer Marketing Managers to create customer and channel-specific programs for new releases.
  • Understand customer drivers and ensure appropriate product and promotional plans are in place.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for premiums, managing budgets and timelines.
  • Work with finance to approve ROI analyses and title-based needs.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Digital Distribution and retail teams to align physical and digital programs.
  • Coordinate with teams including Brand, Creative, Operations, Promotions, and Theatrical to ensure workflow alignment.
  • Gain knowledge of the home entertainment industry.
  • Prepare materials for account-specific meetings.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and competitive title reviews.
  • Provide title information to Sales and field teams.
  • Participate in departmental meetings to align programs with retailer needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
