What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, and basic content formatting
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with effective communication skills
- Basic understanding of SEO practices and adaptability to new tools and workflows
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI implementation in content creation and workflow optimization
- Knowledge of light HTML for content formatting and presentation
- Previous involvement in digital media or performance marketing environments
