Position Requirements: The Programming Producer supports all programmed elements of live and pre-recorded events at Transformation Church. This includes Sunday services, TCPre/TCPost, Midweek services, Prayer Nights, Special Events, Stories of Impact, and more. The role collaborates across departments to execute experiences with excellence and alignment to TC's vision and standards.

HEART (Passions + Purpose)

HAND (Responsibilities + Duties):

  • Support to the Global Programming Director of executing vision for TC Programmed experiences on a weekly basis.
  • Live produce/Showcall and support services on a rotational basis (Sunday's, Midweek experiences, Special Events, etc)
  • Collaborate and communicate within the department, across divisions, with other organizations, and externally to cast vision, lead meetings, and gather feedback for ongoing projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with Content Director, Videographers/Editors, Graphic Designers for content videos, graphics, and service assets.
  • Conduct content prep, load and check with Production Team
  • Maintain and manage project boards (e.g., Monday.com) from concept to completion.
  • Load, organize, and manage Sunday content and Planning Center schedules.
  • Execute creative ideas from start to finish that represent the culture of TC in an excellent and timely manner.
  • Help storyboard, write scripts, and creatively develop experiences that reflect the heart of TC.
  • Support the content creation of various recordings such as studio, podcast, television, worship, youth ministry, etc.
  • Coordinate with talent, crew, and locations for recording.
  • Floor Managing and support at rehearsals, keeping everyone on schedule by managing timing, cues, and transitions.
  • Scheduling of Communicators, Talent, Hosts on a Monthly Basis
  • Project manage asset requests for sermon series, service elements, video shoots, events, recordings and new project initiatives.
  • Assist with sermon illustrations and testimony sourcing/interviews.
  • Maintain department files, databases, and manage programming assets through various databases.
  • All other duties as assigned

HEAD (Knowledge + Training):

  • Minimum three years experience in production or a related field.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Able to manage multiple projects under pressure.

  • Familiar with Monday.com, ProPresenter, Google Drive, Planning Center

  • Prior experience in show calling or live production preferred.

  • Excellent project management and attention to detail.

  • Able to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality experiences on time.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing timelines.

  • Self-starter and ability to work under pressure, including troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly organized, self motivated and capable of managing multiple projects

  • Must possess a strong attention to detail

  • Engages comfortably with diverse groups and resolves conflict calmly

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, customer service skills and a willingness to pursue continuous learning opportunities

  • Proficient computer skills with Apple, Microsoft, and Google products and the ability to learn TC-used databases and technologies
