Stonesfair Management LLC is hiring: Apartment Community Manager in Healdsburg

We are seeking a Community Manager to become a part of our team! You will oversee a new multi-family development and manage the on-site daily rental office, maintenance and resident retention.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all leasing efforts, renewals and marketing strategy
• Attract and educate and retain prospects and resident retention
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Enforce property policy in accordance to OSHA, Fair Housing

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
