The Marketing Content Coordinator will be responsible for developing marketing materials, analyzing consumer behavior, and assisting in the planning and execution of campaigns and events for the company divisions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can balance day-to-day administrative tasks with innovative marketing design strategies that strengthen the company’s brand presence.
Ogden & Company, Inc. is looking for a strong writer and visual storyteller with solid design skills, a keen aesthetic eye, and a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Research consumer behavior, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities, including online reputation management (e.g., Google reviews)
- Design and develop marketing materials such as social media posts, email campaigns, digital and print advertising, and promotional content and materials.
- Gather, track, and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and sales impact.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events.
- Maintain and monitor marketing compliance across platforms.
- Manage and update the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to support marketing goals.
- Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
- Support customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives and maintain accurate client databases.
- Contribute creative ideas and problem-solving skills to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, graphic design, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or construction is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, platforms, and software (e.g., social media, email platforms, design tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Creative thinker and designer with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Dependable, efficient, and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
