Senior Marketing Manager
Are you an experienced, results-driven legal tech marketer? Do you have a passion for creating marketing strategies for driving awareness, demand and adoption of AI software solutions? LexisNexis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for our innovative, new drafting solutions for large law firms. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketingtasked with building awareness, shaping perception, and driving demand. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the legal sector, proven success in B2B marketing to law firms, and the ability to independently build and execute strategic marketing programs. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, as well as strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and owning the go-to-market marketing strategy for our drafting products.
- Positioning LexisNexis as a trusted provider in the drafting solutions space.
- Building and executing integrated campaigns to generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for the sales team.
- Partnering with the sales organization to create targeted programs for client acquisition and expansion.
- Planning and delivering events, webinars, thought leadership, and digital programs to showcase our value.
- Working closely with Product to ensure alignment between roadmap, messaging, and market needs.
- Collaborating with other marketing teams to leverage broader LexisNexis channels, branding, and resources.
- Developing compelling messaging and content tailored for large law firms.
- Ensuring consistent, on-brand communication that reinforces LexisNexis' legal AI leadership position.
- Establishing KPIs, track campaign performance, and deliver regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Optimizing programs based on performance data and feedback from sales and clients.
Requirements:
- B2B, legal tech experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven track record of creating and executing B2B marketing strategies that drive awareness and leads.
- Experience partnering with sales and product teams to align marketing programs with business objectives.
- Strong ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable using marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce preferable), and analytics tools to track and optimize performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
- Possess a growth mindset and looking to engage with colleagues on new ideas as we lead in the legal AI market.
