The Creative Director is the brand-side lead of the creative direction of our brand. This roleis responsible fordeveloping, implementing, and safeguarding the brand's visual and creative identity across all channels and touchpoints. You will oversee the creation and consistent application of brand templates, guidelines, and guardrails, ensuring cohesive and compelling storytelling that drives brand equity and engagement.This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on creative skills,a strong designsensibility, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to bring the brand to life The position is based in an office environment, requiring periods of sitting and the operation of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and other office tools.Work hours are typically 8-5, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed. Creative Leadership:

Serve as the brand-side owner of creative direction, guiding the visual and verbal identity of the brand across all platforms. Creative Development:

Create and/or leverage agency templates to develop digital assets, emails, and other breakthrough creative elements. Brand Stewardship:

Own the development, maintenance, and evolution of brand guidelines, toolkits, and templates, ensuring consistency and integrity in all creative executions. Implementation Oversight:

Partner with creative agency, oversee and approve the execution of all creative work--including campaigns, digital assets, retail merchandising, social, and internal communications--to ensure it aligns with brand standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with HR, operations teams and other internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence. Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor in-house designers and creatives fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and inspired team culture. Innovation:

Stay on top of design trends, cultural moments, and audience behaviors to evolve the brand's creative expression in fresh, relevant ways. Qualifications

MinimumQualifications: 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, in-house or agency supporting a consumer-facing brand Provenexpertisein brand design, creative strategy, and visual storytelling Strong portfoliodemonstratinga range of creative executions and brand systems work Deep understanding of creative production processes across channels (print, digital, video, social, environmental) Exceptional attention to detail and ability tomaintainhigh standardsunder tight timelines Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools; familiarity with Figma or similar platforms is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading brand refreshes or rebranding initiatives Strong understanding of brand architecture and messaging frameworks Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure within a growing or evolving organization How to Apply
