: C2FO is seeking a

Manager of Brand & Communications

to support and execute our brand strategy across owned, earned, and social channels. This role will be instrumental in building awareness, credibility, and engagement with our key audiences, including enterprise clients, partners, and prospects in the fintech space. As a core member of the Product and Brand Marketing team, you’ll drive the production of high-quality content, manage integrated campaigns, and shape C2FO’s social presence. This is a high-impact role suited for a strong communicator and project manager who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Brand & Content Execution Translate strategic guidance from the Head of Product and Brand Marketing into polished content and campaigns that align with C2FO’s positioning and business goals. Partner with agencies, internal designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality assets (PR pieces, whitepapers, blog posts, newsletters, executive messaging, social media content, etc.). Support the rollout of core brand narratives, working closely with key stakeholders: Enterprise Sales, Product, Growth Marketing, and Supplier Sales Position C2FO as a thought leader and go-to place for suppliers and buyers for their financial needs, not just early pay. Show C2FO as a trusted partner that uses comprehensive industry analytics, cutting-edge AI technology, and industry experts to drive working capital growth for its customers. Campaign Management Plan, manage, and execute brand awareness and PR campaigns, including creative briefing, project timelines, approvals, and post-campaign reporting. Ensure messaging consistency across paid, owned, and earned media. Digital Media Optimization/Analysis Monitor customer interactions with the website and propose updates/optimization to drive engagement, leads, and registrations on C2FO’s platform Monitor website and social media performance and continuously optimize content based on engagement, CTR, and reach. Manage and optimize SEO effectiveness Use Google Analytics to track performance and recommend optimization Optimize UTM strategy to track site events Own and evolve C2FO’s corporate social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.). Define audience segments and build a targeted social calendar that reinforces brand pillars and executive visibility. Cross-Functional Collaboration Engage with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Data, and Customer teams to surface stories, insights, and messaging opportunities. Take initiative to identify content gaps and propose solutions that drive internal alignment and external clarity. Quality & Process Ownership Drive a “first-draft excellence” culture—owning the polish and professionalism of work before it reaches senior review. Maintain a high standard of research, tone, and audience clarity across all communications. Public Relations Write press releases and support with social media presence those items deemed newsworthy by the executive team Manage applications for industry awards including identifying awards to apply for, coordinating submissions with applicable internal teams, promoting awards received on social media Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in brand, PR, and marketing communications, preferably in B2B or fintech sectors Proven ability to execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and earned media Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience in both long-form and executive-level content Familiarity with audience segmentation and message tailoring for enterprise buyers and industry partners Strong project management skills: able to prioritize, communicate timelines, and deliver high-quality work under deadline Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment Experience using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager a plus Experience publishing public-facing written content across digital and earned media Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting PR or thought leadership campaigns pre-IPO or during a phase of significant growth Exposure to working with external PR/media agencies and measuring earned media value Knowledge of fintech, B2B marketplaces, or working capital solution Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion.
