The Client Services Engineering Documentation team is looking for an upbeat, highly-motivated technical writer to contribute to current and future services. Description The technical writer creates content for engineering, QA, UI design, customer support, and external developers:

Task-oriented user documentation Systems architectures API documentation UX writing Key Qualifications

Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and peers on the documentation team. Quickly understand and document complex software and related tools. Demonstrate an ability to create well-written, structured, detailed specifications that incorporate feedback. Plan and manage documentation projects with shifting requirements and goals. Love technical writing! Education & Experience BS/BA degree required in English, Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Writing, or other related degree.

Experience with:

Markdown and GitHub. macOS and standard macOS software. Editing the work of other writers. Additional Requirements

for ICT4 More than three years of technical writing experience documenting complex applications, or a degree in Technical Communication
