Save Job

Life at UiPath The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your Mission As part of UiPath’s Product Marketing team, you’ll help shape the emerging category of agentic automation by leading how we position UiPath Maestro—our orchestration layer that connects AI agents, robots, and people across complex business processes.

We’re looking for a strategic, technically fluent Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Maestro and its supporting capabilities. You’ll play a key role in shaping how customers perceive and adopt agentic orchestration—and how UiPath is essential to business transformation.

This role is ideal for someone with a consulting background who understands the challenges of scaling enterprise workflows and has experience with automation, orchestration, or BPMN-driven initiatives in practical, business-critical settings. You’ll serve as the link between product and buyer—translating technical innovation into clear value—and equipping field teams with the why, what, and how behind every message and asset.

What You'll Do at UiPath

Messaging & Positioning:

Develop clear, differentiated messaging for UiPath Maestro—covering agentic orchestration and agentic AI—that resonates with technical and business audiences across industries, functions, and buying stages.

Campaigns Collaboration:

Partner with the campaigns team to deliver messaging, content assets, and persona-based value propositions that support integrated, multi-channel programs.

Product Partnership:

Collaborate closely with Product Management to bring customer and competitive insights into planning sessions, and translate product direction into compelling, market-ready narratives.

Content & Thought Leadership:

Write and produce high-impact marketing content—including pitch decks, briefs, blogs, white papers, ebooks, and other go-to-market assets—aligned to buyer needs and key use cases.

Sales Enablement:

Create field-facing materials such as battlecards, objection handling guides, and persona-based talk tracks to support consistent, effective sales conversations globally.

Customer & Market Insights:

Engage with customers, field teams, and analysts to surface insights that inform messaging, go-to-market strategy, and product feedback loops—ensuring a customer-centric approach in all aspects of positioning and execution.

Competitive & Market Intelligence:

Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging trends to sharpen positioning, highlight differentiation, and support campaign and enablement efforts.

Analytics & Optimization:

Take a proactive, programmatic approach to defining and tracking success metrics for content, enablement, and campaign assets—using performance data to drive continuous improvement.

AI Tools & Innovation:

Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and analysis, and experiment with new formats across go-to-market activities.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

At least 6 years of experience in product marketing (or a similar role) in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.

Experience with automation or AI-related SaaS products, and the ability to quickly understand and clearly explain complex technologies.

A degree in business, marketing, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style across audiences and formats.

A collaborative mindset and strong track record of working with cross-functional stakeholders—including product, sales, demand generation, partners, and channels.

Comfort navigating conversations with stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to senior executives.

A customer- and market-centric approach to messaging, grounded in business impact.

A growth mindset and eagerness to adapt in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.

Willingness to work with distributed global teams, including occasional off-hours collaboration.

Curiosity and awareness of emerging technology trends (e.g., GenAI, agentic AI, automation platforms, BPMN).

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
