Marketing & Business Development Coordinator
to join a dynamic litigation practice that spans commercial disputes, regulatory matters, white-collar defense, and personal injury. Who You Are A marketing professional with a bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience, ideally at a law firm Skilled communicator and highly detail-oriented Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of initiative Comfortable managing and optimizing CRM platforms to support client engagement and business development strategies Trusted team player who values discretion and professionalism What You’ll Do Edit and refine marketing materials to align with brand standards Collaborate closely with the marketing and business development team on various initiatives Utilize digital tools like Concep to assist in the creation and distribution of email campaigns Contribute to the firm’s online presence through website updates, blog support, and social media coordination Oversee the firm’s CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, managing user access, and generating reports Support CRM training efforts and help onboard new users What Success Looks Like Digital campaigns are executed smoothly and reach the intended audience Online platforms reflect the firm’s brand and are regularly updated with fresh content Marketing materials are polished and professional Team projects are completed efficiently with strong collaboration and communication CRM system is consistently accurate, well-maintained, and effectively utilized across the firm Salary Range:
$75,000 – 85,000 annually, based on experience Location:
