Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Architect/Architect Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative architectural solutions that meet client needs while adhering to sustainable practices. This role requires a creative mindset, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop architectural designs and plans that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for new projects.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD software.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory standards.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs.
  • Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as necessary.
  • Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Professional license in architecture preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software is required.
  • LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural work and design projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
