About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP Creative/Creative Director to spearhead the Performance Marketing Creative Team. This role is pivotal in leading the creative direction for high-converting direct response campaigns, with a strong emphasis on video sales letters, Meta & Google Ads, email creatives, and direct response sales funnels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying at the forefront of creative trends and customer psychology, particularly in the online golf and training space. A key aspect of the role is to test and iterate rapidly, guiding creative split tests and performance reviews to optimize for various metrics.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years' experience in direct response creative leadership, a proven track record of generating multimillion-dollar revenue through VSLs, ads, emails, and landing pages, and a deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, CRO, and behavioral triggers. They should be adept at managing both in-house creatives and freelance designers/editors, and have experience in corporate branding, PR, and affairs for a growth stage company. A passion for golf is essential, as the role requires an understanding of the lingo, mindset, and what resonates with this specific audience. The position is remote-based in the USA and offers a fast-paced, agile, and entrepreneurial team environment.
