About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Marketing and Client Success to spearhead its organic marketing, client satisfaction, and internal team growth. This pivotal leadership role involves managing and scaling multiple social accounts, particularly in the context of driving organic lead generation and community engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end Facebook Group strategy, including growth, content, and performance, and will be expected to develop and execute organic growth tactics while staying abreast of platform updates and trends. Additionally, the role requires a strong focus on content and copy leadership, client success and relationship management, team leadership and development, and performance optimization.
