Description

McFarland Johnson is offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Hollywood, Florida. As a Marketing assistant, you will assist with strategic support and coordination of MJ's Marketing, Business Development, and Public Relations Efforts. This role will allow you to apply your knowledge while learning new skills that are critical to your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Maintain proposal templates and content library.
  • Track proposal deadlines, submission requirements, addendums, and results.
  • Attend preproposal meetings and evaluation committee meetings.
  • Coordinate with the internal and external clients to arrange proposal debrief meetings.
  • Compile project descriptions, resumes, and qualification packages.
Qualified applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Related Field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong familiarity with databases, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Adobe Photoshop and desktop publishing (InDesign) a plus
  • High energy with strong work ethic, flexibility, and creative approach to deliverables
  • Passion for the architecture, engineering, and construction industry is a plus
