Our F45 family is looking to grow our management team. As Studio Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team at this studio. As the lead for the sales function, the Studio Manager must execute lead generation and marketing strategies to increase fitness membership sales and promote the health and wellness benefits of a healthy lifestyle. The Studio Manager is a mentor, brand ambassador, and proven leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and exceed all sales and operational budgets.
- Drive financial plans and increase gross margins through optimal programming and capacity utilization.
- Develop an annual marketing plan for social media, digital and print marketing, and community events.
- Ensure adherence to front desk systems and studio practices, including member check-in, inquiries, payments, delinquent accounts, and customer care.
- Maintain consistent sales efforts with daily goals, contests, incentives, outreach initiatives, and strategic partnerships with local businesses and community groups.
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard staff.
- Maintain and grow the membership base and oversee the sales process.
- Increase conversion rates and achieve client retention goals.
- Drive client referral programs.
- Maintain studio cleanliness, appearance, and organization.
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and excellent customer service to clients and staff.
- Ensure studio branding aligns with company guidelines and values.
- Participate in at least two training sessions per week to stay knowledgeable about our programs.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven sales leadership in the health and fitness industry.
- Personal Training Certification from a recognized organization.
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
- Over 3 years of management experience, including staff hiring, training, supporting, disciplining, and termination.
- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and written skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills to foster a positive environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Highly organized with good prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MindBody Online, GloFox, and social media platforms.
- Free membership at F45.

Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 per year.
